CM Steel Buildings were appointed as main contractor for this development of a convenience store and take away in Dunfermline.
The project consisted of 4000sq ft of retail unit along with associated parking. The building was split to accommodate both a McColl's store along side a Papa John's pizza take out shop.
The development required a waterproof retaining wall to maximise the site and to accommodate the natural different levels.
The full project was completed in 3.5 months allowing McColl's/Papa John's Fit-out contractors to meet their busy roll-out framework.
