CM Steel Buildings were appointed as main contractor for this development of a convenience store in Bo'Ness.
The project consisted of 4000sq ft of retail unit along with associated parking. The building was to accommodate both a McColl's store and incorporating a Subway sandwich shop.
The development used several finishes to the walls to be sympathetic to surrounding residential area with a mix of timber panelling, insulated render and insulated cladding panels.
The full project was completed in 3.5 months allowing McColl's/Subway Fit-out contractors to meet their busy roll-out framework.
