CM Steel Buildings were appointed as main contractor for this prestigious industrial trade counter development, the site was challenging and a large cut & fill exercise was required to maximise the sites capabilities.
The development is in Stroud Road, East Kilbride and is made up of 3,000sq ft of retail showroom and 6,000sq ft of warehousing. The building also has a 7.5m eave height to accommodate the tenants racking requirements.
The full project was completed in 7 months allowing Magnet's Fit-out contractors to meet their busy roll-out framework.
