CM Steel Buildings were appointed as Main Contractor for a dual phased development. Phase one has recently been completed with both buildings occupied.
The Phase One trade counter development has been completed within 16 weeks incorporating 2 units totalling 8,500ft2 with associated external works. Both units are already leased to Screwfix and Greensteam respectively.
The development is currently ongoing with Phase 2 works.
