CM Steel Buildings were appointed as Main Contractor to undertake a training centre environment mixing both office and training space. The development consisted of 525m2 of building footprint with associated external works and parking.
The project was completed within 18 weeks. The development itself was sited on reclaimed land and required specialist planning during the early ground/civils works.
The centre boasts state of the art craneage and confined spaces training environments along with the highest standard of computer suite and training room facilities.
