CM were appointed as principal contractor to construct a 7 bay single storey valet bay building for automobiles. Excavation to reduced level, under building to ground floor slab.
Works included structural steelwork, roof and wall cladding, installation of insulated roller shutter doors and appropriate mechanical and electrical services.
The facility maintained a live and operational status during the construction period.
