CM Steel Buildings were appointed as the Main Contractor for this high end industrial development. The building consists of 5No. trade counter environments totalling 20,000ft2.
The development had a lot of interesting interfaces namely: demolition of existing building and the requirement for a large retaining wall within the building footprint allowing full utilisation of the site space.
The building has specialists architectural features not typically found on these types of developments.
The building was completed within 26 weeks including a challenging Winter to the satisfaction of Client and design team.
